YOGA

Yoga is an ancient system that originally had the goal of leading the practitioner’s mind to tranquility. In our practice today we use Hatha Yoga for this purpose.

It unites body, mind and breath and helps you to get to know your possibilities and limits through regular practice – and to expand the latter through constant practice. In this way you can not only feel a sense of achievement, but also improve your everyday life with helpful insights.

 

Throughout the training we attach great importance to correct execution, without being dogmatic. Relaxed and light-hearted we create an atmosphere in which regular practice is fun for all students.
